Sandra Gross, DVM



Owner of Suburban Animal Hospital since 2002, Dr. Gross is a 1995 graduate of University of Missouri, Columbia- School of Veterinary Medicine. She worked as a chemist prior to vet school. Dr. Gross has completed several Graduate Studies and is a published author. She has experience in small animal medicine and surgery, exotics (mainly reptiles), and emergency care. Her experience extends to working at the Emergency Pet Hospital of Naples and assisted with the care of reptiles at Caribbean Gardens and the Wildlife Conservancy of Naples. Dr. Gross is an avid sports fan, especially of the baseball team the St. Louis Cardinals, and NFL Rams and Mizzou football. She enjoys outdoor activities, sports, and is a motorcyle enthusiast.

Leah Kimbler, DVM

Dr. Leah Kimbler earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Kimbler also holds a Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University in Animal and Veterinary Sciences. Dr. Kimbler’s professional interests are Dermatology and Internal Medicine. Outside work, she enjoys gardening, kayaking, and hiking with her husband Kris. She has two dogs, Stout and Harry, a Russian Tortoise, Lemi, and a Quaker Parrot, Olive.
